Are you ready to take your dance skills to the next level? Join us for one of our 2027 Cert IV in Dance Experience Day on Sunday September 6th 2026 and discover what it’s like to train in Paradox’s unique company-style environment.
More than just an open day, these Experience Days also act as the audition process for our 2027 intake Certificate IV in Dance program, in partnership with Australian Teachers of Dancing RTO #31624, giving us the opportunity to get to know you as a dancer, performer and creative.
Throughout the day, you’ll participate in classes, creative workshops and performance-based training while meeting our faculty and current students.
Places are limited and registration is essential.
Are you ready to take your dance skills to the next level? Paradox Dance Studio is now taking EOI’s for auditions for our 2027 Certificate IV in Dance program, in partnership with Australian Teachers of Dancing RTO #31624. Commencing in January 2027, this comprehensive course is designed for passionate dancers who aspire to elevate their performance and pursue a professional career in dance.
Our Certificate IV in Dance is a nationally recognised qualification that offers intensive training for performers who want to go pro.
At Paradox, you won’t just train for your qualification, you’ll live it inside NUDO, our professional dance company. Weekly technique classes are just the beginning. You’ll train, rehearse and perform alongside working company dancers, gaining real insight into professional company life – the intensity, the precision, the pressure, the magic.
You’ll also create your own original show from start to finish: concept, choreography, costuming, lighting and production. This is hands-on experience you won’t get anywhere else.
Delivered in collaboration with Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) RTO #31624, your Cert IV in Dance includes weekly jazz, ballet, contemporary, and urban training, plus company sessions, sell-out productions and live theatre performances throughout the year – not just one grad show.
Guided by Yasim Coronado (15 years touring internationally) and elite industry professionals, you’ll refine technique, build strength and develop the creative and business skills to build a lasting career in dance.
This course is for dancers who think independently, train relentlessly, and want the real experience of company life.

All theory modules are to be completed outside of the in studio sessions, online through distance education via ATOD. Paradox mentors will be there to help and mentor any students who need support with the theory modules. All practical assessments will be delivered by Paradox Studios during the Weekday sessions, all assessments and grading will be completed though ATOD.
Our Cert IV in Dance (CUA40120) is designed for serious, career-focused dancers ready to train at a professional standard.
We’re looking for students who bring drive, discipline, and passion, not just talent. You’ll be expected to show up ready to work hard, collaborate, and approach every session like a professional company member.

At Paradox Studio, our Cert IV course offers a unique and comprehensive approach to dance training that sets us apart from other programs. Expect a deep dive into the technical foundations of jazz, ballet, hip hop, and contemporary dance, with a particular focus on contemporary styles including lyrical, contemporary technique, and urban contemporary. Our course is guided by the Crowned technique, developed by our director, Yasim Coronado, over his 20-year career as a contemporary dancer and choreographer. Additionally, we emphasise urban street styles and industry-specific training led by Yasim and other renowned guest choreographers, ensuring you gain the expertise needed for a successful career in commercial dance. With a strong foundation in jazz and ballet, coupled with a focus on fitness, body conditioning, and mindset, our course prepares you not just for the Australian dance industry but for a global career. At Paradox Studio, you’ll experience a fresh, innovative approach to dance training that will propel you to new heights, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to thrive as a professional dancer worldwide.
Our 1 year course starts Thursday January 28th 2027 and will run until December 9th 2027.
The courses will run on:

The course will be a total of $10,000, paid over 40 weekly payments via direct debit over the school year $250/week.
